A Day In The Life Of Pediatric Cardiologist

II on Easter Sunday 2011 - Day of Mercy

Dear Brothers in Christ, Our Lord and Mary, the "Totus Tuus", the newly Blessed John Paul II. Today is a day of joy and celebration, of joy, the Risen Lord appeared to his disciples and said "Peace be with you", the peace that sounded strong in his holiness Benedict XVI at the start of the beatification of Juan Eucharist Paul II. Today, God has shown us his merciful to all people, not just by letting it touch his hands and his side, but to experience His love in the simplicity of a man He wanted to make it big, "to humble the exalted."
Blessed John Paul II many times, seeing and endorsing the words of Holy Scripture speaks of the testimony of the unit and the living example of the first Christian community. Blessed was a driving force in the Church, the most radical of the gospel: Solidarity and love that should exist between us, life style that impressed the pagans and led to conversion.
All this made him "united in prayer, took them to persevere in the Church. The unit, the breaking of bread and prayer distinguished the Christian life. However, the Church would soon have to face the adversity of the disciples of Christ the Lord.
was a community meeting where Jesus appeared and Thomas was not with them and did not believe. The Lord appears to the Community meeting and not separately to each apostle, how important is to live our faith in the community, where Jesus is present.
Not being in the Community, the apostle Thomas is listed as an unbeliever, that Thomas could be translated as someone with mistrust. Thomas had said, "go and die with Him," and at the moment of truth fled, like everyone else. How to heal a broken heart and full of mistrust, and over what Thomas lives is the same as others feel before you see Jesus again, because they all "were with closed doors."
When our lives are so full of bad news, one becomes very suspicious of the good news. Thomas was not a wicked man, Thomas was not a criminal, a man Thomas was buried the bad news of his day and like the other disciples, a man who was scared, feeling helpless, and so the "peace to you "in the mouth of the Lord comfort you, give encouragement and give hope.
you I suffer much when we get bad news to tell the family who is looking for his son in the mountains of Arequipa, Peru's family who suffers, like many in our country in different ways, to say to those mothers who have lost to dear son and waited to say to you when you have bad news: Look at Thomas, sunk by the bad news of his life, but comforted by Jesus Merciful.
The Apostles felt threatened, felt they had no one, and terror had seized them. This day is a day of mercy of the Lord, we ask Jesus to give us encouragement our hearts with a single word, which strengthened the hearts of his disciples scared, anxious and suspicious. Jesus corrects
Thomas, but it is hard, not humiliated, not abused. Jesus "means" the drama of this man who is hard to believe, This man understands that his life is filled with so many bad news.
I tell everyone to feel sad today, nervous, skeptical, I tell everyone that they can feel well, Jesus offers today the sign of his love, his mercy signal.
Jesus understands your distrust, Jesus understands your pain, Jesus understands your skepticism, Jesus is not going to abuse if you can not believe. In this day when our church celebrates the Lord of mercy, and gave us a Blessed and John Paul II, who had a great respect for the human being, I tell you Jesus with all these happy things which the Church joins the mystery of pain you be happening, and I return to say Jesus is the Good News.
Thomas The troubled soul that was not supported in that stand, he felt strongly and found a foundation to stand beside his Lord, his friends, his God and he said: "My Lord and my God" .
The Christian life is a life built on hope, on a hope that never disappoints and that ensures the walk through life.
In the words of Christ: "Peace be with you" to address loving towards all Christian homes. Our home is the place of interpersonal relationships, the place where love grows and the sincere gift of self to others. But we know that our homes are stalked by many enemies inside and out. The bad news also fall within them. The enemies within
lead to misunderstandings in family relations: the wife of husband, father with children, siblings together. Sometimes, these temporary situations: a disgrace, a quarrel, a misunderstanding that lead to family relations to cool and breaking the peace.
However, we are aware that domestic peace is a value that must be safeguarded. Domestic peace is achieved with the contribution of all, the slaughter of all, with the forgiveness of all. Without forgiveness there can be no peace.
In fact, Forgiveness is above all a personal choice, a choice of heart to go against the natural instinct to return evil for evil. This option has its reference point in the love of God, through Jesus, he forgave Thomas, Peter and all and treat them with love and knew everyone. Thus, forgiveness is a root and a divine dimension. Let us know in our homes to give and receive forgiveness and peace we will see that grow and walk in the paths of joy and happiness, perhaps, hitherto unknown.
This world knows no mercy, but he needs mercy, Jesus, known as the world is, we ask through his Holy Mother, Totus Tuus, which leads us to the mercy that only He is capable of giving and transforming our country, to Him be glory for ever Amen.
